Happie Man!

Few months ago, I joined in a new company. I was still uncomfortable with the new place, new people with different routine. Then one real fine day, got a mail from company's internal club regarding formation of Volley Ball team. This indeed changed my life at new place. I got to meet really wonderful people and life at new place became happening :). Initially we had our practice sessions in the morning and everyone used to come regularly then gradually people started loosing interest and irregularity became regular! Then later after few weeks of irregularity, we all came back to have our practice sessions from 7.30 pm onwards. This brought in daily thrill and enthusiasm.

My interactions with people increased and just yesterday got to know lots about Anna (Ravi Ponniah). We were having our casual chit-chat on communicator, he had an idea of forming a common blog for our volley ball team so that all of us can be in contact at a common platform. I loved the superb idea. Then he asked me if i had any blog, so i sent him my blog link. Seeing my last post, he asked what my father does... then began the story :).

He casually shared his family photos and gradually we started talking about his family. Before I talk more on his family, Anna, is a casual and happy go lucky person in his early thirties :) (I know it was not mandatory to mention his age;) ). Has his own creative vision and strategies in life. Always keeps Happy and makes others so. One can in general, never expect any serious talk from him. But all human beings have two faces, got to know his other side too :). His father was a Taxi driver. Then he proudly told, he made his child an Engineer. Kudos and salute to his father! Our talks further revealed he completely a family man. Loves his family, believes in it and considers his family as his Strength. The conviction with which he said all this stuff energised me. I literally got lump in my throat. These were his exact words (putting these coz may be I am not able to put through his feelings) :

"Ravi Ponniah [6:20 PM]:One best thing I have done in my life is given birth to a child I can be proud on that
Shilpa Malani [6:20 PM]: :)
Ravi Ponniah [6:20 PM]: Life is soo sooo wonderful to be with a person who likes me
in that way My wife and child loves me soo much that it gives me lot of gutts to face the world happyly.
Ravi Ponniah [6:24 PM]: Lots and lots of odds I have faced still many ignore me tease me try to collapse me , but the love that my family has in me stays as a Strong basement .
Ofcourse my friends played a major role in eshtablishing my family as well
Put together I can only say that if I didnt had good parents or if I would have not moved with right friends , if I would have not choosen hard path rather than easy path I would have been nothing today
Now u can see my age in the wordings"

Alright! Anna told be all this because he believes I am Asst. Commissioner's daughter which is true but my father holds this post in FDA and NOT police department. So, he wanted me to recommend him for some prize from Governor for being responsible citizen who takes loads of care of his family :). Anna, not only me everyone who knows you or is lucky enough to get to know you in future will recommend your name :). Don't worry!

I know Anna is not the only one, who has fought all the odds in life with vigour, there might be innumerable like him. But truth and love, that he has for his family, amazed be. It actually made me realise, my mistakes, my unnecessary sobering over petty things when I actually possess all the wealth in the world! My family and dear friends!

Well, thanks Anna for sharing your story. Love you. May God Bless your family and you get to visit many countries :)....

Anna's Happy Family :) : Wife Priya and son Shreyas Suki :)

P.S. : I know their birth dates too .. in case u wanna take party from anna ;)
